We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.  We ship via UPS with tracking and insurance to make sure you get your items promptly and in perfect condition.

What is the Return Policy?

  For Standard products (non custom) we have a no questions asked return policy for the first 30 days after you recieve your product. We want to make sure that our customers are 100% SATISFIED with their purchase. Before you return your product you must contact us first so we can provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Customers will pay the associated shipping cost. We do not accept returns on custom made orders, or products that have been installed, used or damaged in any way. please note that we cannot take cancellations for custom orders that have been started or shipped.
